PrintIdeas Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or purchasing from printideas.shop (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Store identity
This storefront is operated by PrintIdeas (“PrintIdeas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an independent home-décor design business. Public customer support is available at support@printideas.shop. We do not publish a customer telephone number. Business location: Israel. Customer shopping on this storefront is offered for the United States.

3. Made-to-order products
Products sold on the Site are made to order after you place an order. They are not pre-manufactured stock items held in a PrintIdeas warehouse.

4. Product descriptions and image/color differences
We aim to display products accurately. Colors, textures, and scale may vary because of screen settings, photography, printing processes, and materials. Minor differences between on-screen images and the delivered product do not automatically mean the product is defective.

5. Order placement and order acceptance
An order submitted on the Site is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order because of pricing errors, stock/provider limitations, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel after payment is captured, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.

6. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and tax rules. Payment is collected through Shopify’s checkout and payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Production and fulfillment partners
PrintIdeas designs and sells products that are printed and shipped by third-party print production partners (for example, Printify-connected facilities). Those partners manufacture and dispatch orders. PrintIdeas remains responsible for customer support regarding orders placed on this Site.

8. Shipping
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference. Currently, this storefront offers delivery to the United States only. Free standard U.S. shipping applies to products sold through this store as stated in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by production queues, carriers, weather, address issues, and seasonal demand.

9. Cancellation, refund, and replacement policy
Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms by reference. In summary: change-of-mind returns are not accepted; incorrect size selection by the buyer does not alone qualify for a refund; cancellation before production is not guaranteed; damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect-item claims must be submitted within 14 days after delivery with order details and photos; eligible claims receive a replacement or refund; do not return items unless we give written instructions; approved refunds go to the original payment method.

10. Intellectual property
Designs, artwork, product images, text, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by PrintIdeas or used under license. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our designs or Site content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

11. Prohibited use
You may not use the Site to: violate law; infringe intellectual property; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with Site security or operation; submit false orders or payment information; scrape the Site in a way that harms service quality; or abuse support channels.

12. Accuracy and availability of information
We try to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate. Errors may occur. We may correct errors and update information without prior notice. Product availability depends on print partners and materials.

13. Third-party services
The Site uses third-party services such as Shopify platform features, payment processors, print fulfillment partners, and optional analytics or support tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Site.

14. Disclaimer of warranties
Except where prohibited by law, the Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintIdeas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintIdeas and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

18. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence may also apply and nothing in these Terms limits those non-waivable rights. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in competent courts in Israel, without limiting any mandatory consumer venue rights you may have.
