How should I choose an insert?

For a fuller look, many customers use an insert about 2 inches larger than the cover.

Is shipping free?

Free U.S. shipping is available for eligible launch products.

How long does delivery take?

Items are made to order. Production and delivery times may vary.

Can I return an item?

Because items are made to order, returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size choice, or color preference are limited/not accepted. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we will help make it right.

How do I care for the pillow cover?

Machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron or steam on low heat if needed.
