PrintIdeas Refund & Replacement Policy
PrintIdeas products are made to order. Please review size, design, and product details carefully before purchase.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Because items are produced after you order, we cannot accept returns for preference, décor change, or similar reasons.
Incorrect size selected by the buyer
Orders placed with an incorrect size selected by the buyer do not qualify for a refund or free remake solely for that reason.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation only before production starts. Cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered production with a print partner. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to cancel.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not the item you ordered, you must submit a claim within 14 days after delivery.
How to submit a claim
Email support@printideas.shop or use our Contact page. Include:
- your order number;
- a clear explanation of the problem; and
- clear photographs showing the issue (and packaging if the item was damaged in transit).
Eligible claims
For approved claims of damage, defect, misprint, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Do not return items unless instructed
Do not mail anything back unless we provide written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be refunded.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit; posting time varies by provider and is outside PrintIdeas’ control.
Fulfillment partners
Manufacturing and shipping are performed by third-party print production partners. PrintIdeas remains responsible for customer support, claim review, replacements, and eligible refunds.
