PrintIdeas Shipping Policy

PrintIdeas currently delivers made-to-order products to customers in the United States only. We do not offer public retail checkout shipping destinations outside the United States on this storefront.

Free standard U.S. shipping
Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is free on all products sold through this store (printideas.shop). Shipping offers shown at checkout apply to the cart and destination you enter.

Made-to-order fulfillment
Products are manufactured and shipped by third-party print production partners. PrintIdeas remains responsible for customer support related to your order.

Production / handling time
After your order is confirmed, production and handling typically take 2–10 business days. Timing can vary by product type, print partner, and order volume. These ranges are based on current Printify catalog handling data for our pillow-cover and ceramic-ornament providers and recent order estimates from those partners.

Carrier transit time
After an order ships, standard U.S. carrier transit typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier route and destination.

Total estimated delivery time
From order confirmation to delivery, total estimated delivery is typically 5–17 business days (production/handling plus transit). Estimates are not guarantees.

Business days
“Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and major carrier holidays. Weekends do not count toward business-day ranges.

Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information is provided by email when available from the fulfillment partner and carrier. You can also contact us with your order number if you need help locating tracking details.

Delays
Delivery can take longer because of seasonal demand, weather, natural events, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs (if ever applicable), carrier capacity, or print-partner production queues. We will help you as much as possible if a delay occurs.
