Change of mind. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Because items are produced after you order, we cannot accept returns for preference, décor change, or similar reasons.
Incorrect size selected by the buyer does not qualify for a refund or free remake solely for that reason.
Cancellations. You may request cancellation only before production starts. Cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered production.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items. Submit a claim within 14 days after delivery. Email support@printideas.shop or use the Contact page. Include your order number, a clear explanation, and photographs of the issue.
For approved claims we provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Do not mail anything back unless we provide written return instructions. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
